All the products on display are handmade by Amados Handmade Store or its partners. As such, it is not possible to guarantee that they are always exactly the same as depicted in the image. Much of the charm and value of these products comes from the fact that manual work is unrepeatable and unique, as well as from the quality of the materials we use.
Your sales receipt will be sent in your confirmation email and you can always have access to it in your account if you chose to create one. If, at any time, you need the receipt separately, please let us know at admin[at]amados.com and we’ll gladly send you another digital copy.
Returns are not accepted, however, you can ask for a refund/free change if you have received faulty or damaged items. Please check our Refund Policy for more information.
