Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All the products on display are handmade by Amados Handmade Store or its partners. As such, it is not possible to guarantee that they are always exactly the same as depicted in the image. Much of the charm and value of these products comes from the fact that manual work is unrepeatable and unique, as well as from the quality of the materials we use.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be sent in your confirmation email and you can always have access to it in your account if you chose to create one. If, at any time, you need the receipt separately, please let us know at admin[at]amados.com and we’ll gladly send you another digital copy.

How can I return an item?

Returns are not accepted, however, you can ask for a refund/free change if you have received faulty or damaged items. Please check our Refund Policy for more information.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Absolutely! If there is one item in particular that you’ll like to see back in stock again, use the green Whatsapp button in the right bottom corner of your screen. Our team is happy to help you out!
When will I receive my order?
Shipping depends on which part of the world you are based in. We have different delivery times, but it should not take more than 5-14 working days to receive your order. Please check our Delivery page for estimated times and prices.
